Then watch his hands; he is a passenger not a pilot. Not one stitch of piloting. No RESERVE, no real crumple zone to absorb an impact. Plus training with experts helps alert you to dangers of flying into a rotor. Why in the world would anyone buy a fake copy of an outdated glider when you can get a new certified one for less? This is exactly the point of the WPPGA, it helps new people coming into the sport find reputable dealers offering certified equipment with training from real instructors.
